There is still no safe, recommended method to unlock the Switch 2. Everything is a proof of concept, with a risk of brick and ban.

elf2jb: cpypwn builds an ns2jb host that runs on a jailbroken PS5, not yet fully tested

On Oct 27, 2026, developer cpypwn published version 0.1.5 of elf2jb on GitHub, a test version. It is an ns2jb "host" for PS5 consoles that are already jailbroken: instead of a computer, the PS5 serves what the Switch 2 needs to start ns2jb. The author says he tested it on a PS5 Pro with firmware 13.60, with both consoles connected by a network cable to the same network. He also warns it is experimental: testing stopped at step 2 of 4 and a complete run has not been verified.

Context

It is not a Switch 2 emulator: it is only a host for the exploit, and the Switch 2 still needs ns2jb (firmware 23.0.1, tethered, no kernel and no CFW). Research and proof of concept, with a risk of brick and ban. This site does not publish step-by-step guides or download links.
