jamesmykil shows an entry point into the Switch 2's WebKit through the game Drift Legends 2, as a proof of concept
On Oct 31, 2026, researcher jamesmykil posted on X a 56-second video saying he found an entry point into WebKit, the console's built-in browser engine, which some games and apps use to open pages. In the video, the free game Drift Legends 2 opens a page called "PIVOT". In replies under the same post, he says it works on firmware 23.0.1, that Drift Legends 2 works as soon as it is opened, and that other smaller spots in the system that open pages also work. He posted a second video captioned "Storage access. RPC R/w." (storage access, remote commands, read and write).

Context
According to the author, for now reading and writing are limited to WebKit's own local storage, and he is trying to adapt ns2jb and OunceCake to this path. He says that, for now, he needs only a Switch 2 and a computer. It is not a jailbreak and not a release: no code has been published, and so far there are only the author's videos and posts. Research and proof of concept, with a risk of brick and ban. This site does not publish step-by-step guides or download links.
