ravensclawx shows a short Nintendo DS clip on Switch 2, as a proof of concept

By Switch2Unlock · · updated

On Oct 28, 2026, developer ravensclawx, author of HBLauncher, posted on X a video of about 4 seconds captioned "Nintendo DS anyone?". The video suggests a Nintendo DS emulator, a program that imitates the original console, running on the Switch 2. It is only a teaser: the post does not say which emulator it is or how it runs, and there is no code, no release and no technical details.

Follow-up to: ravensclawx releases a rewritten HBLauncher and publishes Twilight Princess and Animal Crossing ports

Context

So far, only the video has been shown. HBLauncher, the same author's homebrew (unofficial apps) menu, runs on top of ns2jb and, according to him, opens the way to emulators, but the post does not say whether the video uses HBLauncher.
